Evolving rapidly, we identified and filled a market gap, transitioning into a prominent local civil contractor. Our operational footprint extends across British Columbia, covering locations such as Port Hardy, Victoria, the lower mainland, and the Okanagan region from Oliver to Salmon Arm. A recent milestone includes successfully clearing and developing a 19-lot subdivision in Salmon Arm. Renowned as specialists in small to large-scale residential developments, our smaller, dedicated team ensures meticulous attention to detail, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to timelines.
In response to market demands, we’ve diversified our expertise to include building and servicing gas stations. Notable projects include the completion of PetroCan service station upgrade in Peachland, construction of the Elkhart Lodge gas station, road additions for enhanced accessibility, and active involvement in building renovations and upgraded water systems. We have just completed the construction and servicing the new Flying J truck stop in Kamloops.

Commercial & Infrastructure Projects
● Flying J Truck Stop / Travel Center – Kamloops, BC
Scope: General Contractor for the full development of a 7-acre site, delivering a
new truck stop and travel center from initial groundwork to final commissioning.
● Port Hardy Water Service Upgrade – Port Hardy, BC
Scope: Drinking water infrastructure upgrade for approximately 200 homes, bringing the community up
to current municipal servicing standards.
● Petro-Canada Station Upgrade – Peachland, BC
Scope: Full modernization of an existing fuel stations, including installation of new tanks, pumps,
and service connections. Completed in partnership with Sied Keller Construction. EDL
also achieved POST certification during this project.
● Elkhart Gas Station – Elkhart, BC
Scope: EDL completed anew-build fuel station project, including installation of gas and diesel tanks,
service lines, and all civil construction on site.
